Cream caramel - Make it in 3, 2, 1

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups of milk (373ml each cup)
1 can of condensed milk (375ml)
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
For the caramel:
200g of sugar
50ml of water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 170C for about 20 min
Prepare your pan :
Boil the sugar and water until caramel is golden (approx 15 min)
While still hot, pour the caramel into your pan making sure it covers all the sides
Preparing the cream:
Blend all ingredients for approx 3 min. Let it set (5 min approx)
Pour the mixture into your caramelised pan and cook in the oven for 50 min.
Wait for it to cool down and put in your refrigerator overnight.
Remove from pan a few minutes before serving.

Oven hack: if you have the Phillips Delux all in one, find a pan that fits into the Delux container and cook your cream using the baking function for 59 min. It turns out perfect every time!
