Creamy corn cake - another “blend it all” and you are done!

Ingredients
1 can (420g) of corn kernels (including the liquid)
1/2 can of the oil
1 can of sugar
1/2 can of polenta
4 eggs
2 tbs full of plain flour
2 tbsp of shredded coconut
1 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
If you prefer it less sweet you can half the amount of sugar. It will still come out OK
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
Grease the cake mould with butter and flour
Blend all the ingredients (less the coconut and baking powder) for 3 min approx).
Add baking powder and coconut and cook in a round or square pan for about 40 min - depending on your oven .
Let it cool and serve with coffee or tea! Yummy!!!
